These safe rooms come in a variety of sizes 5'x8', 6'x8', 8'x8", and 8'x10'.
The permitting rules for shelters and storage rooms may vary between counties, but we would be more than happy to inquire about the rules for you.

Features
Our storage buildings come with optional impact windows, and can be pre-wired for your special needs.
They are regularly equipped with a regular single hung window, a metal door, hurricane straps to secure the roof, regular tie beam, and 6" inch I-beams to allow this versatile storage building to be used as a cover for water systems, as well a regular storage building, and of course, a storm shelter.
With R-22 R-Rating insulation in all the walls and in the roof, the storage/safe room stays cool inside, regardless of the temperature outside.

The building will be delivered to you partially constructed and only requires very little construction on your property. This is neccessary due to local building codes and required inspections.
Our storage buildings are the only ones that are approved to withstand hurricane force winds and will only increase in value over time, since it will not decay from the effects of weather.

The shelter remains portable, so you can take it with you if you move.
The 6" walls that are UL approved for a 4 hour fire rating are one of a kind in the US. This is the highest fire rating in the nation.
