We utilize special building materials that make your home safer and more energy efficient.

Concrete Blocks

The blocks we use are made up of light-weight, aerated, autclaved concrete. They have a 4 hour fire-rating, approved by UL, which is the highest fire-rating in the US.

Wind Rating

The wind rating is tested up to 150 mph. FPL approved the homes to be built energy-smart in 2003. Our homes maintain temperature very well, which is great during today's time of rising energy costs.

Details

Our homes include details such as plant-shelves if desired and granite countertops upon request.
